1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tg7720.cam ("tg7720", "we", "us", "our"), a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform operating in the Republic of the Philippines. 3. Account Registration and Security

Providing false information, impersonating another person, or registering under a fictitious name constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Account Verification

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tg7720 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP program benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and time restrictions. These specific terms are published with each promotion and incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, or employing betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and account closure.

Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. 7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on tg7720.cam including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, games, user interface design, and compilation of content ("Content") is the proprietary property of tg7720 or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The tg7720 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of tg7720 or our licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use tg7720 services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to download (other than page caching), modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any Content without explicit written authorization.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or termination with forfeiture of funds:

• Underage gambling or allowing minors to access your account
• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered in names other than your own
• Colluding with other players, sharing information about hands in poker, or coordinating bets
• Using automated betting software, bots, or tools designed to manipulate gameplay
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, TG7720 PROVIDES SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. tg7720 does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. tg7720 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur thro ugh legitimate gambling activities. You are solely responsible for managing your gambling behavior and finances.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TG7720, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF TG7720 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of tg7720 services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to tg7720 during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tg7720 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

tg7720 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, prolonged account inactivity, requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities, or as required by applicable law. Upon termination, your right to access and use tg7720 services ceases immediately. We may, at our sole discretion, return any balance in your account minus any amounts owed to tg7720 for fees, chargebacks, or damages caused by your violation of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations. Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements or under investigation may experience delayed closure while matters are resolved.

Accounts inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or dormancy charges as permitted by PAGCOR regulations. We will notify you via registered email before applying any dormancy fees. Accounts inactive for thirty-six (36) months may be permanently closed with remaining balances escheated to PAGCOR in accordance with Philippine law.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of tg7720 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting tg7720 customer support with a detailed description of your complaint. We commit to good faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as provided under Philippine gaming regulations.

In the event any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

tg7720 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes may be made to comply with evolving legal requirements, reflect changes in our services, address new security concerns, or for any other legitimate business reason. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of tg7720 services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to stay informed of updates.
